2012-至今          副研究员,山东省科学院生态研究所,研究方向是盐碱和石油污染物对黄河三角洲土壤微生物群落结构的影响

2006-2011          助理研究员,中国科学院沈阳应用生态研究所,研究方向是胜利油田石油污染土壤生物修复技术研究

2003-2005          研究实习员,山东省科学院生物研究所,研究方向是苔藓中生物活性物质的提取

承担课题

现主持山东省科技发展计划项目1项,已主持完成课题4项,参与完成国家“863”、国际合作重大专项、环保部公益研究专项、省级课题共计二十余项。研究成果获得山东省科技进步二等奖1项(第三位)、济南市科学技术二等奖1项(第四位)、山东省自然科学一等奖1项(第四位)。已获得授权发明专利4项,申请发明专利1项,共发表论文40余篇。
